When you contact Oruaal or use our services, we may receive information such as:

- Phone or WhatsApp number
- Email address, if provided

- Where your family member lives
- Details you choose to share about the help you need
- Information required to coordinate a requested service
- Communication history with Oruaal
- Payment and expense records where relevant to a service
The information we receive depends on how you contact us and the support you ask us to coordinate. We do not collect every category from every visitor.
Information about family members
Customers may sometimes share information about parents or other family members so that Oruaal can coordinate a request. This may include:

- Location
- Appointment information
- Access instructions
- Mobility or support preferences
- Other information necessary for the specific request
Please share only information reasonably necessary for the service you are asking us to provide.

Third-party service providers
Oruaal may need to share limited information with third parties when necessary to complete a customer-approved request. These may include hospitals and clinics, pharmacies, drivers, technicians, home-service providers and other local professionals.
We share only information reasonably necessary for the task. Oruaal does not sell personal information.
Website enquiries
Website enquiries may include your name, WhatsApp number, location, your parent or family member’s location, and the enquiry text you provide.
These submissions are currently delivered to Oruaal by email. The website does not store enquiry submissions in a separate application database.
Customers may communicate with Oruaal through WhatsApp. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp and Meta’s own privacy practices. Oruaal does not control how those services process information.
Payments and third-party costs
If Oruaal processes subscription payments or coordinates third-party expenses, relevant payment or transaction records may be retained for accounting, reconciliation and service purposes.
Oruaal does not store full payment-card details through the website enquiry form.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes and meet legal or accounting requirements.
Security
Oruaal takes reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. However, no internet, email, messaging or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You may contact hello@oruaal.com to ask about information Oruaal holds about you, request a correction, ask us to delete information where reasonably possible, or stop non-essential communications.
What we can do may depend on the circumstances and any records we need to retain for legal, accounting or service reasons.
Children
Oruaal’s services are intended for adults coordinating support for family members. The website is not directed at children.

Oruaal may update this policy as the service evolves. The latest version will be available on this page with an updated date. Our use of the service is also governed by our Terms of Service.
