If we can’t responsibly handle something, we’ll tell you.

Yes. We can accompany a parent to appointments and help with the practical coordination around the visit.

The exact scope and availability will be confirmed beforehand.

Oruaal does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

We can attempt to contact them, coordinate trusted local contacts and, where appropriate and available, arrange for someone to check in person.

If there appears to be an immediate emergency, the appropriate emergency service should be contacted.

Oruaal is not an ambulance, police, fire or guaranteed emergency-response service.

Your Oruaal point of contact owns the request.

Depending on what is needed, we may handle it ourselves or coordinate an appropriate local service provider such as a driver, technician, pharmacy, nurse or other professional.

Our job is not simply to give you another phone number. We stay with the request and follow through.

Your Oruaal membership or service fee covers Oruaal’s work.

Medicines, groceries, transport, professional fees, repairs, materials and other third-party costs are separate.

We agree spending permissions with you so you remain in control.

Oruaal is designed to make things easier, not give your parents another piece of technology to learn.

Families can contact us through familiar channels such as WhatsApp, and we coordinate the rest.

We are deliberately starting locally so we can build a dependable network and be genuinely useful on the ground.
